Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

By making a purchase from Digital Twenty Four Ltd. (“Digital 24”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our no refund policy for downloadable content.
2. No Refund Eligibility
Digital 24 does not offer refunds for any downloadable content, and all sales are final. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which states that the right to cancel and receive a refund does not apply to the supply of digital content if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
3. Non-Refundable Items
a. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided based on a change of mind or if the content does not meet personal expectations.
b. Compatibility Issues: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their devices meet the necessary technical requirements for downloading and accessing the content. We are not liable for any compatibility issues.
4. Modifications
Digital 24 reserves the right to modify or update this no refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
